Buying in this market involves a lot of anxiety. When your buying people tend to worry about everything. From the loan to the condition of the house and is it really a good deal, oh and what about the move! Will it still be a good deal two years from now? Every transaction in Real Estate is different. There are no two alike. You will save yourself a lot of anxiety if you interview and choose your Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent carefully. Make sure they are someone who will tell you the truth and not just what you want to hear. Also, make sure your personalities go well together or it can get real grating during the transaction if you don’t really get along. If you can find someone who you have fun with all the better! Make sure they listen to you. Once you have those two team members figured out, ask them any and all question that you have. Knowledge is power over anxiety. I have had clients that didn’t want to “bug” me. It is or job to answer your questions. If we don’t know the answer than we need to refer you to someone or get the answer for you. No question is beneath an answer. I mentioned team members because that is what you need. The Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent should work with you like a team.
