Huntington Beach Brings Help to Cottage Historians with the Mills Act!

8th StThere are a lot of historic homes in downtown Hunting Beach. Though most of them have been replaced with tall and skinny homes, some owners still wish to keep these adorable cottages historic stores a part of our future. The intention of this program is to encourage the preservation throughout the City by offering financial incentives to property owners who restore and maintain historical residential and commercial properties.

As another option: I am currently working with an investor who is looking to purchase Downtown Cottages dating  from 1900-1955. Being a lover of historic Downtown Huntington beach, he wants to restore these properties and use them as rental units. Please contact me if you would like to know the current market value of these homes and if you might be interested in selling to a cash buyer who wants to restore these homes.
